New SkyChat Service

The encourage polite conversation, healthy discussions and pissy bitch
fights between fellow users we've created SkyChat, the Skynet IRC
service.

Now, those who don't know what the hell IRC is do not need to worry,
anything you need to known you will pick up as you go along. Simply
type:
    skychat
    
in your skynet window and you will be whisked away to the wonderful
world of realtime interaction. The main 'channel' on SkyChat is #foobar
and you will be automatically connected to it. Just type whatever you
want to say, its that simple and everyone else in the channel will see
what you typed. Type "/QUIT" when you want to leave.

For IRC veterans the server is irc.csn.ul.ie port 6667. Its only
accessable from within UL.

This is an experimental service put together at 3am for lack of anything
better to do. Report any problems to ircadm at skynet.ie
