[CompSoc-News] SMTP Announcements

From February the SMTP server will no longer relay for the UL 
network. If you are inside the UL network and want to use skynet
as your mail relay you must set up SMTP authentication which is
now enabled on the mail server. Contact alladmins if you have any
difficulty.
