[CompSoc-News] valid email addresses for skynet users

Morning all,
	It's been brought to our attention that there is some confusion on what
constitutes a valid email address for skynet users. The short answer is
the following are correct:
	username at skynet.ie
	username at csn.ul.ie

These however are not correct:
	username at skynet.csn.ul.ie
	username at skynet.ul.ie

They were deprecated years ago, and have been officially shutdown as of
a couple of months ago. There was a notice put up in the motd (Message
Of The Day - the various annoucements you see when sshing in), but not
everyone logs in that frequently, so i though i'd just clear things up.
