[CompSoc-News] Update re room move and service interuption

Hi All,
Downtime today was due to unscheduled power connection installation -
i.e. the electricians didn't tell us they were doing it until they had
started.

The new Skynet UPS is up and running. After tests in the next few days,
we will connect the servers to the UPS. This will require downtime. It
will only be for half an hour but as much notice as possible will be given
