Folks,
A decision has been made in relation to the MIT trip and those that get
to travel for free. The five people that get their accommodation costs
covered are as follows;

1. Tyrion (David Dolphin).
2. Daniel (Daniel Heffernan.
3. Cypher (Laura Czajkowski).
4. Diamond (Stephen Shirley).
5. Ikelly (Ivan Kelly).

For the remnant of people that applied first of all I would like to
thank you for your interest. Secondly I can announce that I intend
partially funding all of you interested to go. The committee and I are
organising fundraising events to raise more money so that more people
can attend. As it stands it looks like that all of you interested will
recieve half the costs of going to MIT but we wish to reduce the amount
our members have to pay to a minimum. Some of you may be willing or
unwilling to make contributions in order to attend this event and of
course that choice is yours. However I would like to know if all of you
that applied and haven't been named above are still interested in
attending the trip and whether or not you are willing to pay something
towards that.

I look forward to your feedback folks. I need to know by this friday at
17:00 so that I can make plans accordingly.
