Martin Krafft (http://debiansystem.info)will be giving a guest talk in the
University of Limerick on Saturday 19th August at 13:00 in C1060 (Main
Building)

The topic for this talk is:

  Debian 4.0 "etch" -- current and future issues

  In this talk, I shall give a (very) brief introduction to the
  Debian system and proceed to talk about the planned release of our
  next stable version, Debian "etch", which we hope to publish in
  December of this year. I'll try to give an overview of the changes
  to anticipate, as well as the issues we're currently facing. There
  will be ample time to ask questions, and I will not shy away from
  talking about Ubuntu and the relationship with Debian, should the
  audience be interested.

This will be followed by drinks in the Arena sports bar in UL.
