Skynet has historically given generous connectivity to the outside world.
The purpose is to allow extra connection options from remote sites. It
is *not* to provide a haven for illegal filesharing.
Any user caught using Skynet or any of its services (including proxy) to
share copyrighted files will be disusered immediately for 1 month. A 2nd
offence will bring with it permanent disuserment.
This warning comes on foot of complaints from ITD regarding the use of
the proxy service for BitTorrent. This, and other services, will be
monitored for illegal downloading.
