[Dance] Intervarsities Eligibility

Dear Member,

We regret to inform you that if you belong to any of the following courses
you are not eligible to participate at the Dance Intervarsities in 2011.
LM030 - Irish Music and Dance <http://www.ul.ie/courses/LM030.shtml>
LM031 - Voice and Dance <http://www.ul.ie/courses/LM031.shtml>
Dance Performance (ft), MA

This was a collective decision by all of the colleges involved in the event,
and we have been fighting it for the last couple of months, but as there is
apparently no governing body for dance in these matters the decision
ultimately rests with the colleges involved.  They have decided it is unfair
for us to participate as we are on a semi professional level.  We are still
fighting this decision in every way possible, but at the moment we have to
inform you of the current situation.

We are sorry for any disappointment, and we will keep you informed of any
changes in the situation.  Meanwhile, on behalf of the Dance Club we hope to
see you in classes next semester!
