[Dance] Dance UL is BACK!

Hey guys,

Ready for another epic semester of DANCE?  With Intervarsities coming up
fast and a new timetable and new teachers we're ready for a busy
semester...
If any of your friends want to sign up for Dance Club that haven't already
from last semester, you can tell them that they can register with us at the
recruitment drive in EG10 tonight from 6pm to 8pm, or they can sign up
before any class.  Classes begin tonight, and all classes will take place in
Dromroe Village Hall.  In case you havent seen it all over campus already,
the timetable is as follows!!

Monday: Salsa 6.30-7.30
Irish Dancing 7.30-8.30
Tuesday: Beginners Hip-Hop 6.30-7.30
Advanced Hip-Hop 7.30-8.30
Wednesday: Jazz 6.45-7.45

Remember, classes are especially busy at the start of the semester, and from
personal experience, Hip Hop is always the busiest.  For health and safety
reasons we are at capacity for classes when we reach people numbering 35, so
make sure to get there EARLY to get in!
Hope to see you all there.  Also, if anyone is interested in competing at
this year's Dance Intervarsities in UCC just ask any of our lovely teachers
for more information!  There will be a workshop night on Thursday of this
week where everyone can get to know each other and show off some moves, any
style and level is welcome!  Squads will be picked following this night, so
if you're interested, make sure to come down that night from 6.30pm (also in
Dromroe)!

Following this, we will also have a new committee this semester!  Our AGM
will take place on Monday 7th February at 8.30pm in Dromroe Village Hall, so
we hope to see all our members there ready to select who they want to run
the club for the coming year.  I would encourage anyone to go for it, as
speaking from my own experience it has been invaluable to me and has been a
wonderful time of learning and working with some amazing people.

So in conclusion...  New year, new timetable, new teachers, new committee,
new blog, new squads and new routines for the 2011 Dance Intervarsities.
