Second UL Winter School in Social Science Research Methods

 

Following the success of the first edition, the departments of

Sociology and Politics & Public Administration are offering a

second two-week winter school in social science research methods,

11 Jan to 22 Jan 2010.

 

The school is aimed at providing social research skills to

PhD-level researchers, and offers parallel qualitative and

quantitative streams. New this year is a joint session on mixed

methods, in which all students will participate.

 

Participation is free to research students of ISSP institutions.

The fee for other participants is €300.

 

Five bursaries of €250 will be available.

 

The application deadline is 4pm Tuesday 15 December. Full details
