[Events] FW: Tai Chi classes - New Block begins

New 7 week block of Tai Chi Classes start this week! 
 
Where: Kilmurray Village Hall (on campus behind the outdoor running track)
When:   Monday 2nd Nov 7-9pm  /  Thursday 5th Nov 1-2pm
 
Come along and try some gentle exercise, to tone the body and clam the mind.
