More Information:
Tai Chi is a powerful series of flowing movements and body postures which help to restore inner peace of mind, strengthen and revitalise your physical body and calm the emotions. Originating from China, and currently increasing in popularity in the West, it has many benefits of regular practice including; lower blood pressure, a stronger immune system, improved muscular strength and balance. The style of Tai Chi taught in this class is known as 'Infinite Tai Chi' and was developed by Jason Chan. Through mindfullness and control of the breath this style focuses on developing all aspects of our being; the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

Chi Kung has been practised in China for thousands of years as an internal breathing art. It is a powerful tool for balancing and revitalising the physical body and strengthening the mind. The deep internal breathing exercises, body work, different postures and movements help you to recapture the universal essence known as 'Chi'. These techniques can be incorporated into your everyday life to reduce stress, promote overall well-being and regain a sense of empowerment and vitality.
