This talk is advertised at best tentatively in the light of developments
Monday evening. The speaker is due to travel from the UK.
The MA in Comparative Literature and Cultural Studies,
and the Ralahine Centre for Utopian Studies,
present a special seminar:

Patrick Parrinder is Emeritus Professor of English at the School of
English and American Literature at the University of Reading. He has
written several books of literary criticism on James Joyce and H.G.
Wells, and on the modern novel. He has been an associate editor of the
Oxford Dictionary of National Biography, focusing on literary authors in
the period 1890-1920, and has edited texts by H.G. Wells, published by
Penguin Classics.
