12 Week Lunch Time Training Programme 

Starts Monday 8th February

 

 

Monday 1-2 

Wednesday 1-2  

Meet at the University Arena indoor jogging track

Please note : Campus Run is presently takes place indoors 

 

For All Fitness Levels From Fun Runners To Marathon Runners.
