Title: Your Best Day: Tips for work-life balance for UL staff

 

 

Tracy Aspel will give an overview of Life Coaching techniques for
work-life balance. In the talk Tracy will focus on values and time
management. We hope that this talk will give academic staff an insight
into Life Coaching so they can determine whether it may be a useful tool
to assist them with their career progression. In addition to Life
Coaching, Tracy is also a neuro linguistic programming (NLP)
practitioner and wants to share information about this technique with
us. NLP is a set of psychological tools which teach you how to live more
happily, become more motivated, communicate, influence and persuade more
easily and improve yourself in any area of life.
