LaTeX Document Preparation System

LaTeX is a document preparation system for typesetting documents. Due to
its superior typographic quality and the fact that it is available for
almost any computer system, LaTeX has become the primary typesetting
tool of the scientific world.  LaTeX is widely used by researchers,
educators, scientists in industry and students in universities to
produce professionally formatted papers, books and theses. 

This course will offer an introduction to LaTeX for persons with no
prior knowledge of the package and will cover the following topics: 

*	An overview of LaTeX. 
*	Some basic LaTeX commands. 
*	The LaTeX document structure. 
*	How to compile your own LaTeX files. 
*	How to layout a document in LaTeX. 
*	How to display different material in LaTeX
