Dear U.L. Staff & fellow students,

My name is Grace Sheahan and I am an M.A. English Language Teaching
student who is about to undertake my thesis research.

My thesis will look at linguistic features of mobile phone text speak.
In order to investigate this I want to collate a body of text message
samples of everyday chat.

This is where you come in. 

I would welcome ANY typical texts that you receive/ send & forward
it/them on to my research mobile phone number

All received texts shall be transcribed, minus numbers
