THE GRADUATE WORK EXPERIENCE TALKS

Scientists in the 21st Century

(followed by refreshments) 

 

The Faculty of Science and Engineering will present "The Graduate Work
Experience" in which former University of Limerick students from BSc
Science programmes will present an overview of their careers since
graduating.  The evening will include graduates from some of the
following courses:

BSc Pharmaceutical and Industrial Chemistry

BSc Industrial Biochemistry

BSc Environmental Science

BSc Food Science & Health

BSc Health and Safety

BSc Equine Science

NEW 2010/2011-BSc Science Choice - Brief Introduction

NEW 2010/2011-BE Chemical and Biochemical Engineering

The evening will include a ten minute presentation by each graduate who
will describe what is involved in becoming a Scientist and the exciting
career opportunities they have experienced to-date. 

 

They will give an overview of how the skills and knowledge gained in
their degree programmes has benefited them in their careers. 

There will be an opportunity at the end for people to speak on a
one-to-one basis with graduates over refreshments.  

 

As places are limited early booking is required.
