The exhibition of visual+ art's Curator offers guided tour/talk of e v+
a 2010 to Limerick audiences.

 

The 2010 e v+ a exhibition comes to its end on Sunday 23rd of May. A
final opportunity to enjoy a tour/talk given by the Curator of OPEN
/INVITED e v+ a 2010 MATTERS, Elizabeth Hatz, will be available this
Friday the 21st May, starting at 3 pm sharp. She will be offering a
personal tour and talk to a number of the major venues in the exhibition
to all interested Limerick audiences.

 

Hatz, an architect from Sweden and lecturer with a well established role
at SAUL, the School of Architecture at the University of Limerick, has
great, heartfelt regard for Limerick as a city with a special, admirable
character. She has installed her e v+ a exhibition, entitled MATTERS,
throughout centre city Limerick with its main emphasis placed in the
recently constructed five story building, the Thomas Street Centre, that
rises on the corner of Catherine and Thomas Streets. The OPEN and
INVITED artworks installed there provide a grand survey of the state of
contemporary art in all media and styles from heights that yield an
unusual, dramatic spread of the city below.

 

All those interested in joining the tour talk should meet at 3pm on
Friday next, the 21st, at the Thomas Street Centre venue. All are
welcome.

In addition Curator Hatz will perform the official launch of the 2010 e
v+ a catalogue which will take place at the Thomas Street Centre at 7pm
on Friday evening, 21st of May. All are welcome.
