<DIV><FONT color=#000000><STRONG>The Alexander Technique <SPAN
class=664542916-28102009>Workshop </SPAN><BR></STRONG><BR>The Alexander
Technique is a way of becoming more aware of balance, posture and co-ordination
while performing everyday actions. This brings into consciousness tensions
throughout our body that have previously gone unnoticed; these tensions are very
often the root cause of many common ailments such as backache, headache,
migraine, insomnia, arthritis, asthma and
depression.<BR><BR><STRONG>Biography</STRONG><BR>Richard Brennan has studied the
Alexander Technique since 1983 and has written four best-selling books on the
Technique, which are translated into eight languages which are on sale
world-wide. He is the director of the first Alexander Technique teacher training
college in Ireland (STAT Approved), is the Irish national contact for Alexander
Technique International (ATI) as well as being the founding member of the Irish
Society of Alexander Technique Teachers. (ISSAT)<BR><BR><EM>Early booking is
advised, as places are limited on this workshop.</EM></DIV>
