An experienced lecturer, Prof. Brennan has published widely in the areas of Financial Reporting, Corporate Governance and Forensic Accounting. In recent years, Prof. Brennan has also held a number of high-profile directorships with Irish entities and in March 2009 was appointed by the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government as the Chairperson of the Dublin Docklands Development Authority.</SPAN></FONT></P>
