12.0pt'>We’re seeking contributions to this daily ‘advice
bank’ blog from members of the UL community. We welcome contributions
from all. Your contribution might focus on a key piece of information or
advice, you might tell students something from your perspective, or if
you’re a student – you might want to outline something you wish you
had known when starting out in your early weeks at college. It might highlight
the existence of a service or support, give new students some useful ideas
about how they might orientate themselves effectively towards their learning or
how they might best avail of the UL campus, its resources and facilities. You
might want to emphasise important aspects of their adjustment to college health
and wellbeing, critical thinking, civic engagement, learning skills and
competencies, the importance of reading, or something specific to your area of
research enquiry.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
