<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2>event to be held in Darby O'Gills hotel, Killarney on June 6th from 3pm. The days events will include:</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2>- Head Shaving (including 3 women, myself and up to 50 more people)<BR>- Body Waxing & Beard Growing\Shaving<BR>- Variety of DJs<BR>- Kids Disco<BR>- Face Painting<BR>- Puppet Show\Magician (To be confirmed)<BR>- Variety of Music<BR>- Massage therapist on site<BR>- Cabaret<BR>- Raffle (Spot prizes are welcome!)<BR>- and lots more</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2>Below is the press release about the group that a number of newpapers within Kerry have donated space to run:</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2><EM>"We are a group of ordinary people in the Ballaugh, Lissivigeen area of Killarney, Co. Kerry who have come together </EM></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2><EM>to raise monies to fund a campaign to raise awareness on that very important issue SUICIDE which is now an epidemic </EM></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2><EM>in our society. We believe the vaccine for this epidemic is to get people TALKING and LISTENING. <BR>Initially it was our intention to give the funds we raise to existing charities/groups who are doing excellent work </EM></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2><EM>in this field. However through the research we have done to date, we notice that it is difficult for the ordinary </EM></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2><EM>person to access information on these charities/groups and how it is they can help a person to deal with a friend, </EM></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2><EM>relative or work colleague in a crisis situation.</EM></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2><BR><EM>Our ambition is to run information meetings using professionals involved in the area of suicide, suicide prevention </EM></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2><EM>and indeed suicide bereavement where these professionals can help us as a society to recognise the signs in a person </EM></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2><EM>who may be vulnerable and maybe having suicidal thoughts. And guide us as to the possible way that we might be able </EM></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2><EM>to intervene, and possible be able to prevent a suicide from taking place. We are holding a fundraising Day on June </EM></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2><EM>6th at Darby O Gills, starting at 3 pm. People have volunteered to have their heads shaved, hair vibrantly coloured </EM></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2><EM>or have beards/ moustache shaved or legs/chest waxed.</EM></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2><BR><EM>We are now calling on potential beard growers to start now and they will be judged on the day. We have three ladies </EM></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2><EM>who have volunteered to have their heads shaved- Deirdre Fee, Amanda Kelly and Marie Kelly so far…<BR>The event will be a family fun day with bouncy castle and much more entertainment on the day. Any offers of help </EM></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#000000 size=2><EM>will be appreciated, and volunteers to participate in all of the activities and help raise funds for this worthwhile </EM></FONT></DIV>
